1) Agreement

4) Scam Warning and Your Responsibility

Rental scams exist. You agree that you are solely responsible for taking precautions before sharing information, visiting a property, or entering into any agreement. You should, at a minimum:

  • Verify the identity and authority of the person you are dealing with.
  • Confirm property ownership and the right to rent.
  • Be cautious of unusually low prices, pressure tactics, refusal to show the property, or requests to pay before viewing.
  • Avoid irreversible payment methods, and do not pay anyone you have not verified.
  • Protect your personal and financial information.

You assume all risks arising from your use of the Site and any interactions or transactions with third parties.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Engage in fraud, deception, impersonation, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Transmit malware, spam, phishing attempts, or harmful code.
  • Harvest or scrape data, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or interfere with Site operations.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

6) Intellectual Property
