Great 1 Room in Private Wing of Home in Pittsburgh, PA. Seeking FEMALE Roommate - short/long term lease. You'll have a private entrance to your wing of the house via the ONLY shared room. The Kitchen, a private bathroom on the second floor (I would however need your physical help in getting it fixed up a bit - i.e, painting, new medicine cabinet...small things like that and I have most of the materials to get it done). An additional room (considered the 4th bedroom) between the bathroom and 3rd floor. The “4th bedroom” would be YOUR Living Room that comes with 32” flat panel TV and standard, Directv for your GENTLE use. You also, have the entire 3rd floor. One side is set up as a bedroom and the other as a sitting room, or whatever you'd prefer. The 3rd floor is partially furnished including bedroom furniture, but are welcome to bring in whatever you want. This is a finished attic, so there are limitations because of the angle of the roof. You would also, have 1 off street parking spot, next to my car in the 2 car driveway. Rent is $550/mo. (GAS, ELECTRIC, DIRECTV (except pay-per-view), and WI-FI are INCLUDED). I only ask that you be as green as possible and help with the conservation of said utilities. There will be a nominal fee (roughly $50) per month for water based on YOUR usage. I also, require a $50 deposit for YOUR last water bill. Should YOUR usage be less, I will refund that portion. Total RENT needed: $1100.00 - First, and last month's rent. This is NOT a refundable security deposit. A minimum 4 month lease with a 30 day notice of YOUR intent to vacate. If you however decided to stay beyond the 4 months, another 4 month lease would need to be signed as well as a 30 day notice of YOUR intent to stay. Other leasing options may be available upon renewal of lease, depending on the circumstances. I will perform a Criminal Background, Childlink, and Credit Check, at YOUR expense ($50.00), prior to acceptance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
