This is a Great Studio Apartment for 1 or 2 people. Even though this apartment is classified as a “studio” it is about 600 sq. ft. and has an impressively spacious layout. The bedroom IS separated by French doors and the kitchen is separated by the bar (which I was successfully able to place three bar stools at). There is a stackable washer and dryer in the pantry, the pantry is large enough for two people to comfortably stand in. The kitchen has all black and stainless steel appliances as well as wood flooring in the kitchen/restroom. The closet and restroom are in the bedroom. I was able to fit a full size dresser in the closet as well as a large wooden picture chest, and still have room to walk in and hang my clothes. I also was able to comfortably fit a queen size sleigh bed, 2 nightstands, and a desk in the bedroom. There is a storage closet in the back patio area. The back patio and living room window over look the Great South West Golf Course, it is a beautiful view! The community is very well kept and peaceful. The office staff is absolutely wonderful and understanding. Upon finding a potential prospect, I am looking to sign someone onto the lease properly and legally.
