I Need 2 Girl Room Mates For Fall '10!!

I own a 3 BR, 2 BA 2, Story House that my parents just bought! The house itself is about 4 years old and the previous owner took great care of it so its in perfect condition and now fully furnished (with the exception of the two rooms for rent)! Big back yard with a dog run! Fenced in drive way with car port so your car will always be covered! The two rooms for rent are located upstairs both huge with spacious walk in closets! Both rooms have their own vanity area and a Jack/Jill bathroom (share the toilet and shower)! You are allowed to paint and decorate your room however you like! The kitchen has laminate wood floors, the bathrooms have linoleum, and the rest of the house is carpet! Everything is NEW! Washer/dryer included and a YEARS worth of laundry detergent! There is a bus stop at the end of the street and its about seven min from campus! Great neighborhood, awesome neighbors, and and SUPER CUTE house!
