Am glad to read back from you,to explain much better to you incase you do not understand me very well.You have to understand i will be coming from NY to take you round the apartment and you should not just expect me to get on the way without any form of payment confirmation,this is the more reason why i have asked for your details so as to work on the rental agreement and have it sent to you,and as soon as you have received that,the payment would have to be forwarded as well,after which i would have to come and show you the apartment and if you like what you have seen,you take the keys and move in ,at the same time if you do not like what you have seen,you take your money back with immediate effect. So you can let me know if you would still like to continue,as i will not fill out the rental agreement not until you give the go ahead.Thanks
