Our spacious one bedroom one bath apartment homes are 754 square feet. They feature a step down living room with an air conditioning unit. The dramatic dining room has a ceiling fan. The community has a heated pool, barbeque area offering free WIFI. Our laundry facility is open twenty four hours a day for your convenience. We offer a complimentary carport with each apartment (there is a two vehicle maximum). Our one bedroom one bath apartments have all electric appliances. Offering dishwasher, mounted microwave oven, stove and matching refrigerator. We do not pay utilities: we set up the gas, water, trash, and sewer for you, so you are not making all those phone calls. For the electricity you just call California Edison and switch the billing into your name. There is a 2 pet maximum. We do accept dogs under 30 pounds. There is a breed restriction list. There is a $700 deposit, and $30 a month pet rent. Two dogs will be a $900 total deposit, and $50 total pet rent. We do also accept cats. The security deposit is $200 and $15 per month pet rent.
