4 Bedroom Home Near Clemson!

Wanted: A house "manager" who will be in charge of small repairs and overall maintenance of the house. This person will be in direct contact with the landlord, and will receive a reduced rent for their work. This manager is not responsible for large scale repairs, but is responsible for maintaining appearance of the house and making sure tenants comply with the lease. We are looking to fill the house with 4 people, including rental manager. The house is located in Pendleton about 5 minutes from Clemson University. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen and dining area, basement, two car garage, and sits on about an acre of land. The house is currently undergoing some cosmetic renovations, but is still available for showing mid-April. No pets!
