This is in farm country where the 171 and the 31 meet. Just 20 minutes from Hillsboro, 20 minutes from Corsicana and 20 minutes from Mexia. Centrally located where there are 5 lakes and a hiking trail. Just lovely area. Downtown needs some entrepreneurship but there are some great restaurants.
Schools are very good and this is an agricultural community so there are agricultural classes for the kids and a great swim team. Also dance for little kids and teenagers.
