The room has wall to wall Berber carpet, a large double door closet with lots of hanging space and a storage shelf and faux wood blinds on each of the three windows. It is next to a full bathroom and steps away from the laundry room. (It is not right next to it though, so you cannot hear the washer/dryer). The townhouse is newly renovated and energy efficient. There is a 2 car garage and space for 2 parking spots in the driveway. Each tenant gets a parking spot if needed.
