All of our apartments come with an all-inclusive package to include a full furniture package and utilities such as your internet, cable and pest control. Residents are only responsible for monthly rent ,electricity, and a $10.00 monthly water fee. Our 2 and 4 bedroom units are dormitory style and are rented our per bedroom, you also have the option of renting out an entire apartment. Our resort style amenities include a salt water pool, free tanning, clubhouse with flat screens and pool tables, walking trail, lake, beach volley ball area and basketball courts!
