This studio was remodeled last year and incorporates the local Port Orford cedar as trim inside the unit. It's a standalone cottage that's part of a complex of several units on 2.5 acres with woods, a chanterelle patch and lots of grass for soccer, Barbecues, and enjoying the outdoors.

Port Orford is a unique place: geographically isolated (1/2 hour from other towns) with little native industry. Many of the several thousand residents rely on transfer payments as their primary source of income. The grocery store is about 2 miles from the apartment.
There’s a new library in town and several shops, galleries, and restaurants. Our place is out of the wind. There are many places for hiking and beach walking. It’s a beautiful area.
