Conducive 2 Bedroom Apartment to Share

I have a home based business that will be moving into an office. To help me afford the office I want to rent out the bedroom that I am using as an office. All utilities included. The room can be ready to move in the weekend of 1/7/2011. I am a smoker, single, 37 yr. old male. I like music, movies, and cooking. I’m just a little anal about cleanliness. I will be in my new office most of the day, but I don’t have a set schedule. The apartment is nicely, fully furnished with full kitchen, bath, and living room - all to share. The unit have the following: Big screen TV, Leather Furninture, free Wi- Fi, cable, huge Kitchen table. Because I also furnish my business unit, I will have no problem fully furnishing your room or you can bring your own bed room set. I do have some storage. This is a month to month lease to be sure we both can live together with a long term obligation. I do require an application, criminal background check, and proof of employment/income, reference and one month security deposit that will be put into a saving account. Security deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of lease end date.
