A large city Park is directly across the street from the condo complex. It has Tennis, B-ball courts, ball field, large grassy area, etc. The Galleria Mall is very close and it is the largest Mall in the Las Vegas area. Many casinos are within the neighborhood and are very easy access. Costco, Walmart, Target, and almost everything else is near. This unit has had only the owners live in it and is 4 years old. We (the owners) have a number of other rentals and pride ourselves on being good landlords. We are not a large company that has rigid rules and such.
