I have just had the main bathroom remodeled 9 months ago and all the doors, and windows were replaced when I bought the house 2.5 years ago. There is also, a large attached double garage at the back of the house. I take pride in keeping the property well maintained and providing a fast response if anything happens. This is my personal house and not some rental property that I bought as an investment. You can rest assured that you will not be ignored if something happens that is my responsibility. Rent is $830 with a $830 deposit. As long as you take care of my house, I have every intention of giving your deposit back. I don't have any plans to try and cheat you out of the deposit when you move out like some outfits do. There is a $40 application fee per person to run the necessary checks. If you are college students who are worried that you may not have enough history, I have no problem including parents as cosigners on the lease. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a pet deposit. The current tenant, who has been great, is currently moving out, but we are shooting for having the property available for move-in on 10/1 or the following few days.
