Marvelous Room in Country Home on 5 Acres with Large Pool

Marvelous Room in Country Home in Rhome, TX. Looking for drama free roomie to share expenses after a divorce in 2100 sq. ft. home on 5 acres with large pool and shop. Pet friendly home with a big fenced back yard. I have an American bulldog myself. I have full washer an dryer facilities with new appliances and the house is fully furnished except the rental bedrooms. Its 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a sun room, back porch, and a lake across the road for fishing. I'm a 43 year old professional woman with no children that likes to drink socially and entertain at the house. Smoking is Ok, but only outside.
