Room For Rent in a Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Great View

Hi! We have a nice room for rent available for immediate move in. We are a clean, respecting couple who will respect your privacy, and we are looking for the same in return. Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rooms, a huge living room and kitchen, as well as a den with a fireplace. You are more than welcome to use anything in the kitchen. We just ask that you buy your own groceries. The room has beautiful hardwood floors. There is a nice closet in the room and we also, have plenty of extra storage space if needed. The bathroom has a nice size bathtub to relax in after a long day! We have a huge gated fenced-in back yard with nice landscaping and a nice size front yard. We have a two car garage which also, has additional storage space. We have 2 dogs, so we will consider other pets with a $100 pet deposit. The rent is $480 which includes all of the utilities. Utilities include cable - with over 400 channels including movie channels, as well as HD channels. Gas, water, trash, and electricity are also included in the utilities. There is a $250 deposit required before moving in and rent is due the 1st of every month. We could start off with a 3 month lease and go from there. Or, if you are more comfortable with a month to month lease we could do that, as well. Military is welcome!!
