I have a two bedroom apartment that I'm looking to share. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom that would be renting. The place is very spacious, there is an attic for extra storage, a private laundry room in the apartment, and a full kitchen. The complex is near shopping centers and public transportation. Would have a room mate that is male, hard worker, works all night and sleeps all day. Share entire living area except the bedrooms. Will discuss pets. Lease is up on March 1st 2011 but would discuss renewing lease. Utilities are not included but average about $75 extra a month. Have multiple pictures of the apartment, fully furnished with beautiful decor.
The complex is two blocks away from Route 9, shopping centers, restaurants and public transportation. Very clean area, complex has pool and large grounds to walk on, plus a huge playground area. The complex was build in 2001 and is very well maintanced. There is one assigned parking spot but extra parking in same area. Apartment is on second floor. The complex is located in the beginning of Bayville on the border of Pine Beach/Beachwood. Any further information needed will be given on request.
