This Beautiful 4 BR, 3 BA House is 2500 square feet with an open loft and 2 car garage. 1 bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, with great open floor spaces for entertaining guests or relaxing, including room for a pool table. The master bedroom, and 2 other bedrooms are upstairs as well as a the open loft, which is a roughly 10 by 10 foot space, which could have been another bedroom. The master's bedroom has a private owner's balcony only accessible from there, which sports beautiful views of the Estrella mountains. The backyard is completely finished and maintenance free (other than watering a couple plants)!! Half of it is composite wood decking, while the other half is fake grass (green year round, with no mowing). The backyard is a beautiful place to spend time with the family, as kids could easily ride toddler toys, play a small game of soccer, or just hang out. The community park is 4 houses down the street, and the house backs up to a green belt, viewable from the back yard or owner's balcony. The utility bills are very reasonable for any size house, let alone one that is 2500 square feet. Our electric bill has never surpassed $250 (and only in the highest summer month) and the water bill is typically $45. We have the thermostats on at 77 at night and 83 during the day, so the bill isn't low from keeping it hot in the house either. The house has sunscreens on all sun struck windows and doors.
