2 Bdr Pet Friendly Apartment

I am looking for someone to take over a lease that I signed last week. I am needing to get out of the lease because two days after I signed I found out that my boyfriend is taking a new job and I will no longer need the apartment. The apartment is available July 31st if you want to take it as is or a few days after August 1st so that they can get the carpets cleaned. I am told that they are in good condition. The apartment has 2 bedrooms ( 14' x 10'8" and 10'3 x 11'1"), living room (14'6" x 17'), 1 bath room, and kitchen and dining area (16'4 x 8'3"). The complex has a laundry facility, pool, and will soon have gym equipment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Pets under 35 lbs are allowed. The security deposit is 1 months rent. In order to schedule a time to see the apartment you will need to call Winston Apartments at 785-539-9339 and ask to see the 2 bedroom under Kim Baker's name.
