I am looking to rent my 1Bed/1.5 Bath Condo in the heart of Tarpon Springs. It comes completely furnished with all major appliances, queen sized bed, furniture, dining room table and chairs and more. There is a lanai with patio furniture (table, chairs and bench) for your enjoyment. There is also an attached garage with the washer/dryer. My villa is one of the first in the development and close to the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse, there is a full weight room, small library, billiards room and more overlooking a small, scenic pond. This condo is part of an active 55+ community in the Green Dolphin Villas. Please note my unit is an actual villa and NOT in the Green Dolphin Greens. The Greens are set up like apartments (some on the 2nd floor) with no lanai or garage. I am preferably looking for a 6 month or 1 year lease (or longer). The unit is available as of August 1st. All utilities are included except for electric which is the responsibility of the tenant.
