Downstairs is a large living room/dining room combination, a kitchen and laundry room, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The house sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean and you can see and hear the ocean from the house. There are also nice trees in the front and back yards which serve as a backdrop to the ocean view.
