Room Mate Needed Asap!!

THIS POSTING IS FOR MONTH TO MONTH SUBLEASE FOR UP TO A YEAR IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE ON JULY 1, 2010. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED PLUS HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS AND THERE IS NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Let me fill you in on a few logistics: Just to let you know the it's actually a one bedroom apartment and my boyfriend and I have converted the living room into a bedroom where we reside. The bedroom is available... nice size room with wood floors and a good size closet with upper storage section. I think you will find that room is cozy and quiet. Enough space for your bed, television, desk or other small items of furniture. I know that it may sound crowded because we are a couple but I assure you we are a very warm, polite, peaceful ( no loud arguments or fights) and considerate pair. We also enjoy cooking and sharing food with our room mate. I have had three previous room mates with this same set up and no problems.
