Cute Bungalow in St. Nicholas

3 bedroom, 2 bath, 945sf home with covered front porch, very large mostly fenced in backyard on a corner lot. This is a very cute older home (built 1943) with wood floors in living/dining room and carpet in the bedrooms. It is on a quiet, shaded street close to everything (downtown, Riverside, San Marco, I-95). Washer/dryer are included for tenant's use and tenant is responsible for all repairs/maintenance, which will be reimbursed by me with proof/receipt of expenses and also responsible for lawn maintenance. I am looking for a month-to-month renter (move out with 14 days notice) who does not mind the home being shown to potential buyers, as it is up for sale. Or, if you're interested in buying eventually, that's even better! I require first and last month's rent plus a $500 security deposit and $300 fee if pets will be in the home.
