Located in the Renton Highlands area, convenient freeway access to I-405, or use the recently revamped Coal Creek parkway to get to I-405/I-90.
It used to take me 20 min to get to work in Bellevue in the morning this way, bypassing rush hour traffic on much of I-405.
Hidden away, yet still literally walking distance to QFC, Safeway, Bartell Drugs, Starbucks, nearby banks, post office, 24 hr Fitness, medical and veterinary clinics. There is a fresh produce market a few blocks further down the road (and an old fashioned doughnut shop).
Also very quick drive North to larger park with a hidden lake in Newcastle, as well as an ice skating rink further down the road to the East.
