Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment with Large Open Floor Plan

I am relocating and looking for someone to take over my lease through the end of July. You will have the option at the time of transfer or end of lease to extend for longer if needed (they have flexible lease terms 6 - 12 months). This luxury unfurnished apartment is in The Reserve at 4S Ranch. The rent is $1430, BUT I am willing to subsidize $100 for the month of June and $200 for the month of July! This is a great deal as the unit normally goes for $1700 and I am offering it for much much less. The complex is only 3 years old and the unit only had one tenant prior to myself when I moved in this past January so it is like new. All new appliances, granite counter tops, large bathroom and bedroom, big kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. It is on the 3rd floor in a unit with no one above or on the sides. A garage parking space is included with the rent. There are 2 pools with hot tubs, kiddie pools, grills, fire pits, and 2 playgrounds. The gym has plenty of equipment and rarely busy. There is also a spa and massage therapist on-site, business center, screening room, and 2 club houses available for resident use. I can be flexible on the move date, but would prefer as soon as possible. I can be moved out and have the place cleaned within 24 hours if needed. Also, if you would prefer I can leave my brand new queen mattress in lieu of supplementing the rent. I purchased the mattress new in Feb so it is only a few months old. Otherwise, the apartment is unfurnished.
