Two Rooms Available in 2-Story, 4 BR, 2.5 BA Home in Virginia Beach, VA. Asking $650 for the large bedroom and $600 for the smaller one. Trash, water, cable (FIOS), internet, and home phone included in the rent. - Washer/dryer - Good size backyard for cookouts/company. - Furnished living room/new stainless steel kitchen appliances. - 2 car garage/plenty of space...I only have my lawn equipment/tools and ping pong table in there now. - PLENTY of closet space...especially in the big bedroom. - VERY WELL kept home...constantly upgrading in/outside the house. - Great neighbors...keep a good eye on things. I currently own/live in the house. My name is Rocky and I am 29, quiet, love spending time working outside, going to the beach, drink a few beers with my friends and relax. I think I'm really easy to get along with and hope you are, too! Pets are case by case basis, company is Ok as long as they are respectful to guests/roommates, no drama.
