Superb 4 BR, 4 BA Apartment for Sub-Lease at Catamount Peaks Needed Asap! I've just finished my freshman year at WCU and was scheduled to live in the Catamount Peaks apartments next year. However, we just found out that I will not be eligible for financial aid now, and without it, being an out of state student, will not be able to return. Unfortunately, I already signed the lease for the apartment, and will not be able to get out of it unless I find someone to take over my spot. I talked to the manager on-site, and she said if you go in and tell her you're taking over my lease, it will be transferable to any size unit on the property. Catamount Peaks is a beautiful complex, that also allows pets. It is about a mile off campus and provides a shuttle to and from campus every 30 minutes. Each apartment is spacious and gorgeous, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a pool, tanning booth, and gym that is free for residents. It really is the best place to live off campus. I know this is a long shot on our part, but if we can't find anyone to sublet my lease, we will have to pay rent for a year without even living there.
