Hey folks,
I have a 1 BR, 1 BA Apartment in Campus court at Knollwood that I need to rent for the months of June (from 7th probably only $550), July and August of 2010. Everything (Electricity, heat, water, High speed internet, Cable with premium channels, etc...) is included in the rent. The apartment also has a washer and dryer inside the apartment. The rent is actually $665 per month. However I am planning to reduce $65 every month and pay electricity and water bill (which are separate) by myself. There is no need to sign any lease.
