It would make a fine occasional bedroom, guest room. The apartment includes washer and dryer and nice balcony facing a straight on to unobstructed Pikes Peak View over
the Academy land. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and large pantry and breakfast bar.
This is a great place to work from home, deliveries can be made to the clubhouse for you to collect.
The utilities are incredibly cheap as I am second floor and late winter/early spring heat/electricity bills are $50 p.m. There is a small utility charge for
water, garbage from the complex - $30-ish.
You will be able to extend your lease beyond 6 months - you will have to meet the apartment complex's lease requirements - IE working. and prove it. My $792 a monthly payment is below the price you would be able to negotiate for this short a lease for this apartment.....and you get extras.
I love it here but have to move ahead of my original schedule.
Peak view apartment in Grand River Canyon near I25 and Academy.Close to I25, loads of major shops, malls, cinema, restaurants, The Military Academy and School District 20 I believe. Few minutes to downtown and Garden of the Gods.
Great location, behind the police station, quiet, no trouble complex.
