Upgraded, Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment - 6 Mo Lease

I am moving and want to hand over the remaining 6 month lease (as of June 1st) to someone for my gorgeous 825 sq. ft. and upgraded straight on Pikes. Luxury apartment 9 ft. ceilings, Massive swimming pool with fountains, spa, huge exercise facility, club house with computers, shredder, flat screen TV. FREE wireless DSL at clubhouse and all the FREE Starbucks and custom tea you can drink! FREE tanning bed, additional indoor hot tub. Reliable, fast and nice maintenance people. Pets are allowed and garages/carports available which you would have to negotiate extra charge with the complex. Lots of parking and beautiful grounds. Large master bedroom with fitted walk in closet, Jack and Jill type bathroom with garden tub - the other side of the bathroom opens up to Den (can be used as second bedroom, office, media room but please note this room is NOT completely enclosed and is open to the kitchen. It would make a fine occasional bedroom, guest room. The apartment includes washer and dryer and nice balcony facing a straight on to unobstructed Pikes Peak View over the Academy land. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and large pantry and breakfast bar. This is a great place to work from home, deliveries can be made to the clubhouse for you to collect. The utilities are incredibly cheap as I am second floor and late winter/early spring heat/electricity bills are $50 p.m. There is a small utility charge for water, garbage from the complex - $30-ish. You will be able to extend your lease beyond 6 months - you will have to meet the apartment complex's lease requirements - IE working. and prove it. My $792 a monthly payment is below the price you would be able to negotiate for this short a lease for this apartment.....and you get extras. I love it here but have to move ahead of my original schedule.
