It is in a safe, beautiful area of like condo buildings and a wonderful residential area of clean, beautifully landscaped single family homes. Olsen Middle School is just at the end of our street, so the area is always well patrolled and safe My condo is only 1 mile from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! It is a short drive or a safe walk/bicycle ride on smooth, wide sidewalks. Bus stops to all directions are located only 2-3 blocks away. 2-3 blocks away you will find Publix, Walgreen’s, a bank, restaurants (famous Tark’s and also Jaxson’s Ice Cream Parlor included). There is a mall a mile or less away that has K-Mart, Home Depot, and tons of other big name stores and restaurants. The Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is only 3 miles away. Port Everglades is 5 miles. Miami is 20 miles south. Go west you’ll find the Everglades, go south to Miami/The Keys, go north to Ft. Lauderdale, go east to the Bahamas!
