We are looking for someone who will take care of the home like it were their own: maintain the yard, change the a/c filter, mop the floors, clean the carpets regularly, etc. You must have a good rental history and provide proof of sufficient and stable income to cover rent payments.We will also require a background check on all adults because we want to keep our neighbors safe. Large master bedroom with two walk-in closets, double vanities, room for a king size set and a sitting area. New energy efficient A/C in 10/07. New vinyl siding 12/06.
