2 BR, 2 BA Home in Newport Beach, CA. We need to go back to our countries by the end of April and we need to find a sub-tenant for our lease agreement house to start from the beginning of May. The lease is finishing on 20th July. However if you like the house you can rent it for more. It is near the beach. Inside the community there is gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, barbecue, pool, and Jacuzzi. It is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. 1 of the rooms has walk-in closet. We are giving all of our furniture with the house. It is FULLY FURNISHED. They will be all yours even when your lease finishes. We bought all our furniture last June 2009. So they are still brand new. We washed the carpets (we have the receipt if you need to see). However, only one room will be unfurnished. Our roommate is moving out to somewhere else, so she is taking all hers. We paid 700$ deposit before so you don’t need to pay any deposit to the community. We just ask you to pay us 500$ for all the furniture and part of the deposit we paid. If you have a pet it is also pet friendly. It has parking place in the garage if you need.
