Large FURNISHED room with private bathroom available in my NON-SMOKING home. (The downstairs bathroom gets used by guests during the INFREQUENT party or gathering of friends). The room is fully furnished and includes cable and a television (or feel free to bring your own more modern TV). You would be living with me (I work full-time), my 2 children (ages 14 and 15) a tiny dog and 2 lovable cats. We share the kitchen, dining room and living room. You would also have use of the pool, grill and backyard. There are 2 laundry mats in the center of town (about 2 miles away).
The house sits on half an acre of land in a secluded enclave in Florida (nearest to Warwick). The room is available May 1, 2010. No pets- we have enough.
(Please be aware that due to health issues smokers will be asked to smoke outside the house).
We live 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet enclave of the village. The village center boasts 2 laundry mats, several restaurants and pubs, 2 gyms/health clubs, a 24-hour QuikCheck and a Dunkin Donuts.
We are approximately 5 miles from public transportation to New Jersey, New York City or Westchester. There are Park and Ride facilities in both Chester and Warwick. We are approximately 17 miles west of Woodbury Commons Outlet stores and 20 minutes from the yearly Renaissance Faire in Sterling Forrest-Tuxedo, NY.
Route 87 (NYS Thruway) is 20 minutes away. Sussex County, NJ is also 20 minutes away (in the opposite direction). The Pennsylvania state line is 30 minutes Northwest.
