We have one room for rent in a nice and quiet neighborhood located in Chesapeake, VA. The room is renting for $500 a month all bills included except food and personal item expenses. It's a 3 bedroom ranch style house with one room occupied already. We would prefer only two tenants and one open room for storage, office or weight room. There is some storage space available in the garage, attic and outside shed. Current tenant has a golden retriever and lab mix so if you have pet allergies you may not want to apply.
