The living room stays nice and cool in the summer. Great park with tennis courts across the street, I used to walk my dog at everyday. The neighborhood is quiet. The room is upstairs, medium sized with lots of closet space. Currently a male (grad student) and, female (undergrad) live here. They are respectful, clean responsible, social, super chill and drama free. I am looking for a person to add to the lease, which ends October 31, 2010 that is clean, respectful, responsible and pays bills ON TIME. Utilities include internet (about $10 a month) and P, G, and E (about 10 bucks a month). The rent is $408.33 and deposit is $510. You can move-in mid December RENT FREE. Just paythe deposit.
