I am an architect. I poured my entire soul (and pennies) in this house. It breaks my heart to leave it behind. I need somebody who is very particular about the place they live in. I need somebody who appreciates a remote controlled propane gas fireplace, morning sun in the Master bedroom, perfect functionally designed kitchen, and nice detailing. The proper rent for this space would be a lot higher, but I am looking for a special long-term renter who will not damage the house. I expect two months security deposit.
