Big windows provide lots of sunshine. House: 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath three story new development townhouse. Corner house with a nice wood deck for grilling etc. Three car driveway, including garage. Main floor: Living room, dining room, separate laundry room, kitchen with great counter tops and new appliances. Living room and formal dining room have a shared gas fireplace. Central A/C and heat. One roommate spends most weekdays out of town for work. We are laid back and spend evenings at home unwinding, cooking and watching tv after a hard day of work. On the weekends, we go out with our friends. Room is available now. This room will be rented quickly and is a must see! We are looking for either a male or female roommate.
