The $840/month rent includes all utilities (gas, heat, hot & cold water) except electricity, which runs around $30 a month. Coin-op washers and dryers in the basement. The building is pet friendly and there is NO pet deposit and no weight limit for dogs. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and there is 24 hour emergency repair service available.

Also within walking distance are Clark Park (where there’s a bustling farmer’s market on Saturdays and Thursdays year round), coffee shops, restaurants, bars, dry cleaners, and some of the best pizza in the city (Dock Street Brewery).
