At The Windsor, our One Bedroom apartments are (over 900 sq ft) with 3 enormous walk in closets and a large balcony overlooking Benjamin Franklin Parkway and the Logan Square Fountain. Each unit has an oversize standard bathroom, large windows, custom window drapes and sheers. All kitchens include a micro-wave oven, full size stove and refrigerator, garbage disposal and exhaust fan. All units have wall-to-wall carpeting. The monthly rental in this category is $1625.00 per month plus a set utility fee $115.00 per month. Utilities include: Gas, Electric, Heat, Air Condition and Water. The rent also includes the use of our roof top pool, the complete fitness center which is available 24 hours a day. We have an attached enclosed garage with an inside entrance to the building.
