Washer and dryer is in the unit. An added bonus is that each floor of my home has its own furnace, so you are not heating my floor and I am not heating your floor. Landlord is quiet and respectful of noise. Tenant is expected to respect the same.
Reasonable utilities included. Rental price is based on two tenants. Additional tenants will increase monthly rent to cover wear and tear and increased utilities.
This area of Mill Valley is off the beaten track, right near open space, so there are plenty of hiking trails around.
We are tucked away in this beautiful, sunny area, yet within 2 minutes, you are near the main streets for shopping and to catch the freeway (101) to head to San Francisco or the wine country and shopping malls.
