You would be sharing the house with 3 other roommates (college students and/or professionals 24, 25 and 26 yrs old/two guys and one gal) but have your own private bedroom. The house is a beautiful brand new 3 bedrm 2 bath, 1586 sq ft home located in the addition Liberty Trails. Electric, gas, water, sewage, HD cable, internet and wireless internet are included. House is fully furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a large desk and queen sized bed(mattress and box spring only). Other amenities of the house include large kitchen, very spacious living room, fireplace, 9 ft ceilings, 42 in HDTV w/ bluray player, surround sound, convenient washer and dryer, garden, storm shelter, large front and backyard and tons of storage space. Company over once a week on average is cool but if you have a girlfriend or boyfriend and want them over all the time it would be a conflict of interest.
