Studio - corner unit

I am looking for someone to take over my lease this summer - this is not a sublet - once your application is approved, a new 12 month lease will be made. This is my third year in the unit and I have been very happy with the leasing company and building manager. This studio is a sunny fifth floor corner unit in a vintage elevator building with unobstructed south and west facing views. It is available for rent starting Aug 1, 2009 or Sep 1, 2009** . There is a large bathroom, separate kitchen, and two huge closets (my dresser and bike fit in one closet – however, there is bike storage in the building). There is a 24 hour doorman, fitness room w/tv, and onsite coin laundry. I am a non-smoker and non-pet owner, however the building is cat friendly. Ideal location on Fullerton just east of Clark – steps to zoo, lake, buses, restaurants, and grocery stores. Rent is $922/month which includes heat and a land line (required for front desk to contact you for deliveries, food orders, guests, etc). This will be an easy transfer of lease after you complete an application form with a non-refundable $50 application fee to leasing company. No security deposit required. Leasing company started an online bill pay for rent which is wonderfully convenient. Electric bills usually run from $10-30 depending on usage.
