Amenities include your own washer/dryer in attached laundry room, satellite TV with DVR service, wireless internet, and private driveway parking for one vehicle only. (Utilities are not included.) We are looking for a quiet, well-established single person (smoking absolutely prohibited) with no pets. The cottage includes air conditioning, electric fireplace, private deck, full bathroom and separate kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, convection toaster oven, and two-burner cook-top. You will need to have a cell phone and post office box to receive mail. First month’s rent and $895 security deposit due in cash on signing of rental agreement.
