Room for rent..nice view...nice place

I am looking for a responsible roommate to share my town home with me. It is a two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse with a walkout to a park. What you get is your room and own bathroom with shower, a garage spot, cable and high speed wireless internet and the use of all appliances( washer/dryer etc.). Must be a friendly person who can pay the rent. I have a nice clean home and am looking for someone who is also clean and easy to be around. I am in a great neighborhood and close to the Riverdale shopping center. Also there are plenty of golf courses nearby too (yes, I like to golf). I am clean, friendly, and fun.
