Apartment layout is well-designed, 700 sq feet, with washer and dryer connections located in good-size storage room via balcony (I have room for full-size side-by-side washer and dryer). The complex also has a laudromat located within very short walking distance. Included is a fireplace, large walk-in closet, refrigerator, dishwasher and brand new carpet. Apartment special is only $609/month until February 1st of 2010. It is located on the second floor, yet is a short, straight walk from parking lot (no turns, and strong staircase). The maintenance team is professional and does a good job, usually same day as any request. I've just decided that it would be best to live closer to where I work.
