Spacious bedroom in COMPLETELY REMODELED 3 bedroom home for Cheap!!! I am renting one bedroom of a 3 bedroom home here in Richmond, by Cutting and 25th St. The room is available now, you could move in and the rent will start on April 1st. The room is very specious I will later post the exact measurements and more pictures. I will send more pictures upon request. The ENTIRE interior of the house is COMPLETELY REMODELED! And the exterior is next! Brand new kitchen cabinets, new marble kitchen counter, the entire house has brand new hard wood floor (cherry color). Brand new appliances. The bathroom is brand new, the walls, tiles, toilet, mirror and the sink are all new. I plan to have a total of only 3 persons including myself, that way the house doesn’t get crowed. The house is ready to move in, but is currently unfurnished so you must provide your own furniture for your bedroom. YOU: Must be responsible, I don’t want to chase for the rent and/or bills. I am not a clean freak, you could do whatever you want in your own room, but I want to keep the common areas (living room, kitchen & bathroom) clean. Please have a steady job, and be friendly. I like to cook, watch and collect movies (400+). Over all I am very funny, chill and fun to be around (so people say). However, over all I am pretty mature I am renting a home after all, right? Just be friendly. Lesli is a 24 year old professional chef, she is a fun girl, but takes her job, responsibilities seriously.
