A home away from home blocks from campus

We have a five bedroom home in which two of the rooms are available for $484 each.We are looking for two kind, energetic, clean(not neat freak clean, but you no what i mean), and interesting people to join our household.This is a smoker friendly home, but should someone who doesn't smoke want to join our family, all are willing to be considerate and keep indoor smoking ( in common areas) to a minimum. We are also a pet friendly household, there are currently two cats in the house Daisy, and peach, both total attention whores, but ridiculously adorable.This colorful, lively home is nestled about 1/2 mile from the center of the University of Maryland campus, within easy walking distance to all of life's necessity (7-11, China Buffet, Shoppers, Giant, Beltway Plaza).The previous tenants had some very bright room color choices but if the current color bothers you painting is not an issue. There is a washer and dryer in the home, so no need to run out to a laundry-mat. All other appliances are already in the home. The rooms are partially furnished, should anything in the rooms be unwanted it can be moved. We are a very cooperative and friendly household. We regularly get together and cook big meals for everyone in the house, or have movie night marathons, even occasional random jam sessions. Considering this is a house full of people from early 20's-early 30's this house unexpectedly feels very much like a home. Now for all the technical info. The rent dose not include utilities, and there is a deposit of one months rent,The rooms are available ASAP.
