The Homestead Studio Suites, located in Centennial Office Park, features an indoor heated swimming pool, a small cardio room, and outdoor patio area with gas BBQ open to guest use, and a guest commons area with complimentary coffee and juice available 24/7 and fresh popped popcorn every evening. On-site coin-operated laundry and vending machines are available. All utilities including television are included in the lease price. Wireless internet access may be added for a one-time fee of $4.99. Each room contains a well equipped kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. This location offers room-types, based on availability, ranging from studio rooms with one Queen-size bed to rooms with a Queen-size bed in separate bedrooms with a second Queen-size bed and pull-out sofa in a second room.
