Manistee offers two public beaches that are free. Playgrounds, basketball courts and tennis courts at the beach. The beaches on Lake Michigan are just a few miles - 5 minute drive. Exceptional fishing whether it is pan fish, lake trout, salmon or steelhead - Manistee offers all kinds of fishing opportunities. Manistee also hosts some popular Big Lake Fishing Tournaments!
