We have a terrific rambler style home available for rent immediately. The house is very clean, and has been well maintained. We have cared for this house extremely well. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in Cottage Grove, but it is close to schools, shopping, and restaurants. It’s a perfect place to start a family as it has a wonderful fenced, private backyard with mature trees which you can see in the picture below. On the main floor, you will find an eat-in kitchen along with a separate dining room that walks out onto a deck in the backyard. There are also 2 bedrooms, and a full bath on the main floor along with a living room area. The lower level has a very spacious family room, and boasts a bar area, which is pictured below. The laundry room, half bath, and third bedroom with a walk in closet are also located on the lower level. We have a very roomy garage with an attached covered patio that is perfect for grilling during all seasons. There is also a small shed in the backyard for storage of outdoor items.
